Fraud with premium rate phone numbers

Four days ago I"ve had an issue with my computer. Basically it is not happening very often but when it does it is really irritating. Do you want to know what is the exact problem? I can tell you. I have two mailboxes. One is my personal while another is used for my job needs. What is happening is that I do no see emails in my inbox even that I see the prompts that I got new message. Moreover my mail application freezes every time I try to close it and I have to reboot my computer. In conclusion, I call the service desk from time to time to help me with the problem, spending up to 20 minutes on the phone. 2 days ago I received the bill from phone provider and it occurred that I have to pay 300$ for the calls to service desk! These bastards use premium rate phone numbers, taking money from our misfortune. I am so angry right now that I am able to kill someone. It is a fraud and I want my money back! I am going to go to the court with this case, I won"t leave that. Moreover I"ve read that there is more people like me and we can cooperate to force this company to give us our money back. I am disgusted with such behavior, that is the first time I am cheated and it is a terrible feeling. I also talked with few lawyers about this situation and they said that I have a huge chance to win the process. This information calmed me down for a while. That is what I call a bad day.
