Creatine and the matter of health
Some people claim that the only way to stay fit is to do sport regularly. I agree and I definitely share the same opinion. Personally, I have always had a lot to do with sport. As a young guy and a student, I played for a local football club and tried to develop my career as a promising tennis player at the same time. I used to spend a lot of time on the football pitches and even more on the tennis courts. The courts available in our city were made of clay, which was my favorite surface to play on. Playing on harder surfaces is not that enjoyable in my opinion. Anyway, active lifestyle has always been my companion. I couldn"t imagine myself doing no sport. I am terribly sorry for the disabled people who don"t even know the taste of that all. Now as a more experienced person, so to say, I decided to start with workouts in the gym. not to let my body go to waste, in a way. My wife likes that idea. But what she doesn"t approve is the creatine. I bought a container of creatine just to help myself with the trainings. I am afraid that at this age I could not manage with every exercises and with my routine program of things. Creatine, as a dietary supplement, should help me with that. It really gives an extra boost and I believe that it has no bad influence on health.
