I work in a business company which is quite respectable in the market area. Although the company is respectable and rather prestigious and thrives, the owner is a very mean person. It does not mean that he pays us peanuts, though. I do not complain about my earnings as I love them, however, he could pay as more, I am positive about it. The thing he is horrible at is managing the company as the building and not as the business. He runs the business flawlessly and we sure help him in that. However, he is not the best technical wiz. As he barely spends any time in the building of the company he does not care much about it. We complained about it quite a lot and he fortunately begun some renovations. New gas heaters are suppose to be installed in a couple of days. This is a great news because we needed those gas heaters for quite some time already. The good news is that they are going to install those gas heaters before winter. It was usually quite cold during winters without proper heating in the building. I am glad that together with other employees we finally convinced our employer to make a general improvement of the place we work in. I believe that if he would not have done it, we would have quitted the job. All of us... .
